From June 2021 onwards LeDeR annual reports will be published by LeDeR's academic partners - a partnership between Kings College London (KCL), the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) and Kingston University and St. George's, University of London. Prior to June 2021 LeDeR annual reports were published by the University of Bristol.

The LeDeR annual reports give information about the lives and deaths of people with a learning disability whose deaths have been notified to LeDeR. It covers notifications to the programme in the previous year.

LeDeR began reviewing the lives and deaths of autistic adults with no learning disability in January 2022. The data from these reviews will be included in the annual report for the first time in the annual report for 2022 which will be published in 2023.
